What we’ll need from you
We collect the same things at the start of every engagement so the build is accurate and your data flows on day one.
Existing systems
Tell us which Applicant Tracking System, CRM, email provider, and automation tools you currently rely on.
Access and credentials
Share the OAuth scopes and API keys we'll need to connect, plus agreement on which candidate fields (license, state, email) are authoritative.
Data input preference
Confirm how candidates should enter the system, from direct webhook automation to spreadsheet sync or API/CSV upload, so fields and security tokens match your setup.
Where your data lives
Core application database
User accounts, candidate information, and workspace data sit in NovaDVM Sourcing’s main database. The underlying engine can be swapped if your environment requires it.
Security keys (secrets)
API keys and OAuth credentials live in a dedicated secrets store outside of application source code and not visible in workspaces.
External services
Data flows through Google (Sheets, OAuth), Gmail, and enrichment providers only when you actively enable and use those features.
